Tour Departures: All tours will depart from the hotel lobby. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure time.
Reservations: Reservations must be received by September 5, 2001. You may pick up your tickets at the Jane Austen Society of North America Registration Desk upon arrival.
Refunds: Refunds for cancellation will be made if written request is received at the Convention Services Northwest Office by September 5, 2001, less a $5 handling fee per ticket. After September 5, no refunds or exchanges can be made. If minimum registration on a tour is not met, Convention Services Northwest will refund the cancelled tour or apply the refund toward another tour.
Passport and Identification: Passport required for all non-U.S. citizens and naturalized citizens only. A photo I.D. suffices for U.S. citizens.
