Toast Austen's birthday and JASNA's 40th anniversary at this special event. Two top scholars will discuss their collaboration on the forthcoming special issue of the Texas Studies in Literature and Language journal and sign copies of their recent books.

Janine Barchas of the University of Texas at Austin and Devoney Looser of Arizona State University are dynamic presenters who will fill us in on what the future holds for Austen scholarship. Regency attire is welcome, and you may wish to have a photo taken with an Austen hero in a special Regency photo booth. Scholarship and fun, plus lunch!
