Jane Austen Birthday Celebration with Author Phyllis Bottomer

The Oregon/Southwest Washington Region of JASNA will celebrate Jane's birthday with a special buffet luncheon and guest speaker on Saturday, December 1. We will meet at 1 p.m. at the historic Kennedy School in Portland.
Following a buffet luncheon, Phyllis Ferguson Bottomer of Vancouver, Canada, will speak to us about her new book So Odd a Mixture: Along the Autistic Spectrum in Pride and Prejudice.
The meeting is open to members and non-members, and advance registration will be required. Information on the cost per person will be available in October, when invitations will also be mailed to Oregon/Southwest Region members.
