The Regency Gown
Join the Greater Phoenix Region for "The Regency Gown: Construction Tips," led by Diane Gorham and Paula Heil, region co-founders. Seamstress extraordinaire Gorham will share her secrets to produce a gown that will catch the eye of a single man in possession of a good fortune, with Heil providing assistance.
A second presentation, "The No Sew Regency Gown," will be led by Aurora Glaze and Ofelia Doyle of the Colorado Springs Region. The duo will navigate attendees through the world of fabric glue, double-stick tape, and embellishments to produce a gown worthy even of the Bingley sisters.
Tea, scones, and lively conversation will follow. Regency attire is always admired but never required.
