Susanna Kelly Engbers, Ph.D., Professor of English at Ferris State University’s Kendall College of Art and Design, teaches courses in rhetoric, writing, and literature. Her research considers material culture, nineteenth-century American women’s rhetoric, and the intersections between rhetoric and design. She has published articles in periodicals such as Blanket Statements; The CEA Critic; Dialectic; Rhetoric Society Quarterly; and Art, Design, and Communication in Higher Education.
